Vital Signs

CERP Healthcare helps you to capture the Vital Signs of Patients at any point in the treatment process. All Vitals information over time can be viewed as part of the Patient History.

1. How to Create Vital Signs

To create Vital Signs, go to:

Home > Healthcare > Consultation > Vital Signs

Select the Patient, enter Date and Time and Save. You can capture various Vital Signs as shown below:

Normal values or ranges are provided for ease of assessment. An automated BMI calculator is also made available.

You can also create and record Vitals for a Patient from Patient Appointment, Patient Encounter or the Patient master documents by using the Create > Vital Signs button.
